Label Ministry: Part Two

As promised here is part two of my Label Ministry Runway coverage which made it's debut last week in Sydney. There were 8 designers showcasing their collections, with the final 3 no strangers to this blog!

Christina Exie

The show was closed by Christina Exie who has unorthodox inspirations for her collections and a clear bias towards monochrome. You may remember her from Project Runway Australia and I've also covered her Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia.

An ethical and environmentally friendly label, what makes Edition even more unique is the pattern making technique of Selvedge 2 Selvedge where there are NO off cuts!

Here's the rundown of what we've previously seen from Edition (by Alice Sutton) her involvement in Australian Graduates Fashion Week, her winning at Fashion Exposed and most recently, her interview with this uber cool blog.

Yan Zion

All the way from Perth, this label features their own unique fabrics. But to be honest, I just love the cray-cray headpiece on the right... Check out my interview with the designer here.

I attended Label Ministry as a media guest.
